How Do Host Tahoe’s Services Work?
Host Tahoe provides professional co-hosting, hospitality consulting, systems implementation, and local contact support. I develop recommendations and help implement owner-approved strategies for pricing, listing presentation, guest communication, turnover coordination, and the overall guest experience.
The homeowner remains the host of record and retains ultimate control of the property, listing, reservations, and pricing strategy. Booking proceeds are paid directly to the owner through Airbnb or the applicable booking platform. I do not collect rent, hold guest funds, or operate as a traditional property management company.
